Returns

We are happy to offer an exchange or credit note for items returned unworn and in perfect condition within 7 days of purchase minus the shipping cost as long as they meet the below criteria:

1)  We will only accept a return if the item is new and unused. We will not accept any item that shows indication that it has been worn, washed or altered, please ensure the item is stored in a clean and smoke free environment.

2) The security seal is still intact please do not remove the security seal until you are fully happy with your order as we will not accept a return if the seal is broken.

3) Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and the swing tag not removed.

We regret that we are unable to offer any returns on swimwear.

Items that have exclusively been sourced in for you may not be returned.
